Academics
- Advanced Placement (AP) & Pre-AP with Free AP exams: earn college credit
- Achievement Via Individual Determination (AVID): college readiness skills, organizational skills, and weekly tutoring
- Concurrent Enrollment: free, college-credit courses through Pikes Peak State College during high school

- Free college with D2 Promise & Direct Admissions: direct admission to CSU-Pueblo & PPSC. D2 Promise covers tuition and fees up to 3 years/60 credits at PPSC.

What makes us stand out
No other Colorado Springs high school offers the CSU Alliance—a program providing students the opportunity to apply annually for funding of up to $4,000 for up to five years, based on available award levels.
We have a health/medical science wing, complete with hospital and ambulance simulation bays.
We are the exclusive D2 high school offering Pre-AP for ALL students. As a premier Pre-AP campus, our teaching centers on four essential pillars: Academic Conversation, Evidence-Based Writing, Close Observation and Analysis, and Higher-Order Questions.
